Thank you for your interest as a volunteer for the North Carolina Science and Engineering Fair
Hello and welcome to the Volunteer sign up page for the North Carolina Science and Engineering Fair. We greatly appreciate your assistance.
The signing up process for volunteers involves a few steps.
Please begin by completing the fields on the right of the screen.
You will be asked to create a simple volunteer account; this aids us with the assignments and support of our volunteers. Creating the account allows you to login and volunteer for activities on specific dates and times.
Your personal volunteer account requires; entering your email address, (which will become your user name), and a password to access the user account (be sure to remember your password!!). The way the password request is juxtaposed by your email address may seem to imply that you are to enter your email account password. That is not the case. Any password you wish to use is acceptable as long as it contains 6 characters. It will apply to your volunteer account for the NC Science and Engineering Fair. If you do need to adjust your volunteer assignment after your initial registration, then logging back in with your email address as the user name and the unique password you created will allow you to do so.
This account will only be used in relation to your volunteer status for the NC Science and Engineering Fair. The information you provide will NOT be shared with any other individuals or institutions.
You will find 3 dropdown boxes, at the bottom of the page, where you can select the day, time, and function for which you wish to volunteer. The provision of 3 dropdown boxes is to allow you to volunteer for as many as 3 different time slots and/or job functions. Volunteering for just one is greatly appreciated, but you welcome to volunteer for up yo three activities, if your schedule allows.
If you are selecting more than one activity please pay close attention to the dates and times to make sure your activities do not overlap.
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to volunteer for this worthy cause. You are contributing to the students in North Carolina, to have a forum, allowing them to demonstrate their science research skills.
